Richard Millman, a world-renowned champion squash professional, wants to share his love for the game by teaching local students to play squash, which he says is not just a sport, but a lifestyle.

Since moving to the United States in 1993, Millman has coached everywhere from Southern California to Charleston, S.C., and Westchester County, N.Y., to Atlanta. Last February, he and his wife Pat settled in Chattanooga to work for Scenic City Squash. The dedicated, members-only squash facility opened in the Southside in spring 2016.

“I’ve been doing this for 40 years and I’ve never been in such a supportive community as here at Scenic City Squash,” Richard Millman said.
