2018 Speed & Agility Camp
Date: July 2 – 6
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Ages: Rising 2nd to rising 6th grade. No prior athletic experience required.
Participants bring: shorts, t-shirts, running shoes , swimsuit, towel
Optional After-Camp Activities
Free Swim from 12:00 PM-12:30 PM (Late fee applies after 12:30 PM – $25 per day.
For a full-day add lunch and Basketball Camp (12:00 – 5:00 PM) $200
After 5:00 PM – Late fees apply after 5 PM – $25 per day.
Pick-up & Drop-off Information
- Varsity Football Field 9:00 AM (drop off)
- Pick up at McCallie “Lake” between 12:00 PM -12:30 PM, late fees apply after 12:30 PM, $25 per day
About the Director
Camp Director: Coach Wood is McCallie’s Director of Summer Camps and head varsity track coach. During Coach Wood’s time at McCallie, McCallie Track Athletes have won state championships and set school records on the track in the 100, 200, 400, 110HH, 300IH, 800, 1600, 3200, 4 x 200 Relay, 4 x 400 Realy and 4×100 Relay, LJ, TJ, HJ, Shot and Discus. McCallie is currently on a string of 12 straight region track championships. McCallie graduate, Michael Bingham, was ranked #4 in the world in the 400 meters in 2010. Our goal is that each camper will have fun and learn the fundamentals of sprinting in order to help them do well in any sport.
